1. No help with relocation, accommodation, travel reimbursement for interviews 2. No proper onboarding: depends on the colleagues, their mood 3. Constant mental harassment for people on probation, work ethics are absent, false allegations, gossip mongers! 3. Create fake permanent positions to fill in for people on leave. As soon as a former employee confirms rejoining, the person on probation is kicked out without valid and concrete reason. 4. No exit interview with HR
