      Pros

      Pay is good, but hours are long and often metrics are not realistic. The product itself is good and serves a good purpose, something you are proud to sell.

      Cons

      CEO is a smart guy, but a terrible leader and an even worse business man. Micro management is the order of the day, no one is trusted to make decisions. It is really sad because there are good people here, but most will leave or be fired (except for a couple of the CEO’s friends who work here). I have seen a lot of my coworkers let go because it was a “business decision.” Accept a job here knowing any day could be your last. I had really high hopes when I started here, now just want to find a way out.
