Pros

The people there are great to work with, very friendly, and accepted me as a part of the group from day one. Middle management has a hands off management style... they help you when you need it, but don't micro manage. The company has a great work-life balance and has outings and events to break up the monotony of every day work, such as chili cook-offs and Oktoberfest celebrations. The benefits package is nice and even my doctor told me that I had really good health insurance. Overall, if it weren't for a few small issues, I would have never left the company. The raises and end-of-the-year bonuses are also a nice perk.

Cons

Unless you're of German descent and male, you're not going to go too far in the company. The President is definitely a chauvinist, who only cares about his "boy's club". I've seen a female director get completely ignored by the president of the company so that he could talk to the men about less important issues. Also, there is not a lot of room for advancement in the company.

Pros

People are great to work with, the environment is very friendly and most of the people are willing to help.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, if you are not one of the management proteges you will not go far. Management is not clear with employees and feels really comfortable in lying to them. They lay-off pregnant women with no remorse whatsoever.

Pros

Full time, insurance but high deductible .

Cons

This has to be the most messed up company in America. Worst leadership, no management.
