      - International Company. - A subsidiary of Asian Paints.

      Cons

      - Salaries scale is very weak and does not fit the current economic circumstances. - There are no clear objectives, policies, or directions. - There is no teamwork spirit and everyone works as "The One Man Show". - Staff and management are not professional at all. - High staff turnover. - The company culture is very bad. - There is a big resistance to any development from the staff, especially when the company hires new qualified staff.
