      1. It works on some of the niche technologies like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc. 2. It gives you ample opportunities to learn and grow. 3. The Management guides well to excel with your services. 4. Very good for freshers to learn new and emerging technologies. 5. Good hikes for deserving employee whose contribution towards company's success is visible. 6. Flexibility to work from home. 7. Flexibility and independence to express your ideas and views for company's growth.

      Cons

      I haven't found any cons while working here except Saturday working but it's half day.

      The company is good for . 1. If you are fresher and want opportunity to learn. 2. If you are experienced and want to contribute and grow in an organisation. Perks offered are 1. Good salary and hike is offered to right candidate(if your contribution is visible). 2. Snacks and tea free in office. 3. Its making a name of itself in digital world so right growth opportunities. 4. Paid and unpaid leaves. Management is from technical background(best person if you know them well) so understands and provide full support.
