The people are great and it is a fulfilling job with very inclusive people.

Cons

The communication is poor and a lot of extra work gets put on lower level employees for no more pay.

Fun place to work, bad "leadership" for floor staff

-Very fun environment to work in especially if you like kids -Co-workers were awesome

Cons

The floor leads were BEYOND unprofessional, in all my years of working I've never seen anything quite like it. Petty and passive aggressive are they best ways to describe it.
