I don't even know where to start but I can give a glimpse the awful environment: 1. You have to keep sitting on the chair for 10 hours. If you leave your chair to walk around in the office, the manager will tell you that you are wasting the time and being unproductive. 2. If you talk with your colleagues, leadership will have objections on that as well. Directly or Indirectly. 3. There is a table tennis, if you touch the racket, you will be warned for wasting time. 4. There is a lift which you cannot use. 5. There is a pantry in which there is nothing to eat. 6. No holidays, you have to work on Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. 7. No interaction between the employees and stakeholders. 8. Here is the worst part: Every room has a CCTV camera which will monitor your every activity. You will feel as if you are in the BigBoss house. 9. Bonus will not be provided for most employees, they will keep avoiding the question for bonus. There are many other things which I connot cover in this.
