As it is Laala company therefore low work pressure on maximum employees. Only few take pressure who are serious for work.
Cons
Don't join this company as they will recruit from third party and they hire freshers with more salary then experienced people. They pay very low to people who are working in this company from many years. They will hire freshers with high salary then experienced people.
