Pros

Remote options, variety of states you can work in, company retreat, holiday party, birthday gift card and extra pot day, paid psl and pto, paid holidays including Juneteenth, medical benefits at 35hrs or more, diverse backgrounds, active DEI committee not just a front, opportunities for free meals, volunteer days, and wellness days

Cons

Desktop provided for non partnership roles (laptops are not an option), PC and Outlook company (maybe a pro for you), use Microsoft Teams versus Slack, checking in and out for breaks and lunches, preferred schedule is 8hrs on additional 30min to one hour for lunch breaks so 8.5 to 9hr days with your break even if you're salaried, managers check login stamps on CRM and Teams status, does not value initiative on ideas without manager approval, decisions can be bottle necked, facial expressions are watched, the way you dress is really important, some divisions lack mentorship but not all

Pros

nice benefits, retreats, good intro into recruiting

Cons

Reqs are sketchy, company isn't doing well and blames employees for over hiring. Employees trying to resolve the root issue get put on PIPs, Could go on and on.

Pros

The only thing I liked about this company was my direct manager who went above and beyond to assist me.

Cons

I left this role before I got let go because of the unnecessary amount of pressure that was putting on me to the point where I developed anxiety. I got crappy accounts, terrible roles and had to make sure I had candidates submitted asap. The pressure is INSANE for the pay we received. I would work more than 40 hours because things had to be submitted or else you’re not allowed to log off. The leadership team is a joke and don’t really care about you, all they care about are metrics; KPI’s and submittals
