Year over year pay increases inadequate compared to cost of living. Annual bonuses were changed to profit sharing, but still lower than previous and low compared to competition. No individual performance bonuses and so no compensation for performance. Vehicle allowances don't cover costs of vehicle use compared to other companies and what they pay. Dead weight employees are not addressed.

There is no training plan in place. After two weeks, they expect you to handle a heavy workload without providing any information about the project's history. They don't conduct any technical interviews during the hiring process. They simply hire you and then, because they don't have time to train, they let you go. It's complete nonsense
