Pros
Lots of great perks incl wellbeing package to help with golf club membership, invitations to Opens, hospitality, staff away day, young staff body, opportunities to feed back to managers about how you're doing.
Cons
Board members control the organisation and are disconnected from the team. They seem to hold the power and it's difficult to keep direction when Board changes, opinions change and nobody is strong enough to stand up to powerful people who don't really know what it's like working here.
