Pros

Unlimited vacation days, pretty good health plan, some freedom (at least when I worked there)

Cons

Don't waste your time working here. This is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional start up companies I have ever experienced. Here is a list of why this company is not worth looking into... To start, Sean (who is the President/Founder) hates the younger generation aka "millennials" and is very vocal about it. Just google and read the article he published in the Chicago Tribune about it. Why would you want to work for anyone who clearly expresses dislike in this way? He is also EXTREMELY unprofessional and is constantly seen yelling and ranting around the office. Good luck dealing with his ego and neurosis. *He rages and yells if employees leave the office before him in the afternoon (circa 5PM) even though he comes in at 10AM... Second, the amount of catty behavior and gossiping that goes on in this office is ridiculous. It is worse than any other company I have ever worked at. That alone made it difficult to come in each day because you can sense the animosity amongst some employees. There are distinct cliques and favoritism shown to people (namely some immature women) in those groups. Third, because it is a start up, the compensation plans are CONSTANTLY changing. What you will get one quarter is most likely not the same you will get the next. Don't let the recruiter fool you into thinking you will make a lot of money, because the goals that they set here are usually pretty unattainable and it is difficult to stay on top. It used to be easy, but then the leads for all accounts got washed through and the upper management has no idea what they are doing when they set goal plans. They basically throw a number out there and hope it sticks. Last, the product and technology that they are trying to sell doesn't even work. They say that their "performance based matching technology" is top of the line and works so well... It does not. In theory--yes; In reality--no. All of the sales people (both account managers and account executives) are basically forced into doing all the leg work for this because the technology doesn't work. Horrible processes and totally inefficient.

Pros

Good office setup. Manager easy to get along with.

Cons

They dont take time to listen to employees. Upper management is too rigid and autocratic...their dictates are close to bullying (whether online or in person).

Pros

Great technology idea, sadly it won’t ever make money. There isn’t a big enough market for this Software.

Cons

With zero chance of being scalable 90% of the current staff will be laid of by the end of 2019 / 2020.
