      Pros

      The company always strived to hire winning talent. It was a great experience to grow and improve the business in every facet. Leadership could run the departments and implement new initiatives without much red tape. You must enjoy fast paced work.

      Pros

      Small community of team members who mostly all know each other, lots of support, lots of encouragement, and lots of opportunity for career advancement. There are a lot of great examples of people starting off in entry-level jobs and working their way up the organization through multiple promotions and/or moves to other departments, to really senior levels. Scrip Companies has a culture of inclusiveness and open, honest communication.

      Our new-hire training programs could be even better organized and self-led.
