Small community of team members who mostly all know each other, lots of support, lots of encouragement, and lots of opportunity for career advancement. There are a lot of great examples of people starting off in entry-level jobs and working their way up the organization through multiple promotions and/or moves to other departments, to really senior levels. Scrip Companies has a culture of inclusiveness and open, honest communication.
