Poor management!! Supervisor has horrible attitude. Some people has mental issues there. Be aware.

They offer u expired item from there leftover inventories😂. Sometimes offer free lunches to make work more fun place but be aware they trapped you.

Cons

Less pay n false promises. They give you target for selling biofreeze n some of there top products and when u achieve target they don’t pay you whatever they promise to pay.

Pros

Many talented and dedicated people. Unfortunately that's about it for pros. Hard work doesn't get you anywhere besides being assigned more work. No raises, no meaningful bonuses.

Cons

Poor leadership. The entire leadership team has left except for the CEO, and he is the one that really needs to leave. Morale is at an all time low. Many employees are looking to leave.

Worked here for over 3 years and I am actively looking to get out (as are most people). Please take this warning and avoid this company. You are better off anywhere else but here. The CEO is spineless that doesn't stand up for his employees. He is a puppet for the Board of Directors, which collectively are driving the company into the ground.

Cons

Ready to work around the clock, receive no recognition, no raise, and no bonus? Then you should absolutely work at Scrip. Poor management = pointing fingers, being blamed for things outside your control and being verbally harassed by management. You are better off working ANYWHERE else but here. The majority of managers are looking to get out.
