      Pros

      interesting problems to solve, nice (non-management) people.

      Cons

      you will be a slave. code-monkey. they manage your time and work. no work-life balance at all. they demand your soul. you are expected to be always available. you are required to over-work, and they give you back virtually nothing. not even a proper coffee. unprofessional code-base and a broken infrastructure. bad culture with a lot of friction.

      Great people + great product= great culture and environment

      Cons

      This is a startup culture and come with the common challenges of any startup, if you are not up for this challenge then it probably wont be a good fit

      Small company wit nice peoples. Location is good.

      Product is way beyond similar products in the market. Management not really care about employees opinion.
