      Pros

      Remote work. There's always a lot to do so you learn more. Amazing colleagues Regular team bonding You'll do more than your job description and learn lot

      Cons

      There's no clear path to growth There's no software to help with repetitive tasks so you aren't as productive as you'll like. There's no feedback loop from employees to upper management It can get overwhelming at times Clients have access to your personal phone number No work life balance No 13th month or end of year bonus

      Company culture is superb Remote work friendly Work life balance exists if you want it for yourself Fast paced environment Learning is important if you expect to grow Open-door and approachable management - open communication is encouraged amongst employees As a product manager, innovation is greatly encouraged

      Cons

      I don't know if it's a good or bad thing, it's a startup, expect changes often. While trying to adapt, they switch again. If you can't keep up, you may feel left out or fall behind. Until you experience office politics, you might believe it doesn't exist here (but it does).
