This dynamic creates a top-heavy leadership structure driven by ego rather than expertise. Priorities change on a weekly basis, often dictated by the CEO’s mood swings rather than strategic direction. This results in a constant state of anxiety among employees, who are often blindsided by sudden shifts in focus and fearful that their work will no longer be seen as "aligned." The product itself is riddled with bugs, and rather than addressing real user concerns, employees are directed to purchase fake reviews to artificially inflate ratings and bury legitimate feedback. This approach is not only unethical — it’s unsustainable and damaging to morale. Overall, it’s a toxic environment where long-term growth and ethical business practices are clearly not the priority.
