The owner of this company had some serious mental issues. I have worked with difficult people over the years, but there is a limit with difficult people. This is Kubrick level, insanity that is hard to capture on paper or a brief online review, or even describe to most normal people. Since leaving the company I find it hard to put into words the level of sheer mania I experienced. Mass turnover. More than a dozen people out of a 25 person company, mass turnover in less than a fiscal quarter. The owner treats people like dirt. He LOVES to fire people for the most minor infractions and completely trash them to staff. In my first two weeks he blatantly gloated at firing a massively qualified person and someone well respected in the industry. A LOT of people in the industry will have little to do with him and talk about him like he is a clown. It is embarrassing apologizing for his behavior at times.
