      - supervisor is great - flexibility - work with other grants to have support for clients

      Cons

      - lack of control in waitlist / have a waitlist and not being scheduled accurately - no productivity for no shows or late cancellations (because we can control that???)

      Micromanagement, unprofessional, admin heavy,terrible ehr. Loads of unnecessary paper work.
