Pros

Flexibility of hours. People that work here are talented, hard working and work well with each other. Good place to start career, especially in sports BUT don't stay too long. Good public reputation. Amazing basketball.

Cons

Work more for less with little to no growth - no matter what they tell you during interviews. Workload will be that of an entire department or at least 3 more employees and yet the pay doesn't reflect it. They have admit they only invest in the upper management/leadership team which makes up 5 people. These 5 are getting over market while everyone else is far under. One was offered $20k extra when he threatened to leave, but the rest of us are stuggling to make rent. Burn out and employee turnover is rampant here. Some management take credit for the projects that others that have put more time and effort into. THEIR PUBLIC REPUTATION DOES NOT MATCH THEIR INTERNAL ONE.

Pros

Exciting to work in pro sports, game days are amazing, fans are die-hards, outside perception of the team is positive

Cons

No pathway out of your current position or upside, massive divide between 'leaders' and everybody else both in salary and in work environment, poor office culture, little accountability at the upper levels, complacency
