Pros
Opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects. Great contractors. Some good staff members who are very knowledgable.
Cons
Very toxic and clické work environment. If you’re not in with the right people, then you are pushed aside and made to feel very uncomfortable. Forced to work weekends and overtime under a ‘verbal agreement’. Senior management put pressure on to the employees to work unpaid overtime. Disagreement to this leads to arguments and a black mark against your name. You have to be a Yes person to last.

Everything. By far the worse company i've ever worked for. Please avoid at all cost. Extremely poor management, even worse HR and not to mention the English/Italian divide!
