      Pros

      Free parking, Christmas shutdown, free coffee.

      Cons

      A distinct lack of business processes and procedures adding unnecessary stress to working life. Poor infrastructure that fails to support its employees and which halts the business from growth. Inequality amongst the treatment of staff and disregard for issues raised adopting a 'get on with' it response. Little or no training. Emphasis on mental health but supporting this in practice is never realised, all theory based. Poor line management.

      Pros

      The company has a largely flexible approach to home working but speaking with colleagues this can depend on line management. Good branding, makes you feel proud to represent the company.

      Cons

      There is quite a cliquey atmosphere and you get the impression that it can be more about who you're friends with than your ability that takes you places. The company talk a lot about mental health awareness yet in my experience it's largely just lip service, which is a real shame. There isn't much opportunity for development in many areas of the business, you have to shout for what you require.

      Flexible working with a good bunch of team members

      Cons

      Zero support from senior management. Deemed a critical worker even with a pay cut to keep business sustainable. 3 months later thanks & goodbye, just a number to them.
