It’s central. Close to tube stations.

Cons

Treat staff like dirt, not human beings. Pay below average. No chance of moving up any ladders unless your face fits. Idea of staff benefits a bowl of pound shop sweets every Friday. IT systems a joke. Bullying not unheard of. Staff turnover very high. Extremely low morale throughout.

Pros

Near Selfridges & high street shops. Some people are nice and has nice community spirit. Smart lawyers. Not too corporate.

Cons

Lack of direction. Lack of understanding support roles. Lack of appreciation. Old fashioned office space. Some partners think they're above everyone and are treated special by senior partners. No bonuses given. Barely given pay rises. I.T systems do not work. No understanding of how a firm should be run successfully, which is sad as there is potential.
