Good benefits if you make it past probationary periods

Cons

Customer support management triangulates, strategizes more on social politics. It's more about personalities than business. Toxic atmosphere.

Backstabbing All Over

Pros

Good benefits, "flex time" - to be used with caution, morning bread and fruit. Some good people mixed into the place.

Cons

They fire you without giving you any warning, so good luck trying to plan a career there. Some employees are nice to your face but then stab you in the back whenever they can. Management is a mess. They keep bullies in the staff and let go good workers. The overall vibe is creepy and get ready for the most inappropriate comments of your life coming your way. Lots of people have been brought to tears during working hours.

The way you left Seedbox sounds uncommon and we are sorry to read your comments. We are really working hard to improve our processes. We have an open-door policy and believe in constant feedback-sharing between leaders and employees to avoid unpleasant surprises. There are several newly-promoted leaders at Seedbox and all are receiving training to help develop their coaching and leadership skills. We are striving to be recognized as a top employer of Generation Y and as such, we offer lots of flexibility in the different aspects of life at the office, put an emphasis on a healthy work-life balance and acknowledge the hard-working people at Seedbox.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - "Agile" management - Social activities - Recently renovated offices. Very nice. - Free coffee and parking - Best place of them all if you convince them that you are a worthy sales rep. - Things may have improved since I left

Cons

- Obsessed with revenues. Cost control and reduction is greatly unrewarded. Accounting department seemed more miserable than the average and customer support is isolated in a dark corner of the office. - They won't hesitate to lay you off when you least expect it and escort you to the door, even if you were directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of savings per year, for almost a decade. - Management regularly overrides "Agile" practices to inject their "obviously better solution" - Middle management was filled with "yes men (women)". - You might risk your job if you have opinions that differ from the owners/upper management - Things may have got worst since I left
