Excellent developers, project managers, and all around capable people that do not deserve to be there.
Cons
The founder and CEO is running a one man show culture of fear, and if surrounded by yes man that operate in fear to loose their jobs. They brought me in to try to establish some middle management layer, best practices, and more predictable release, but I got fired for letting him know trough our one and only interaction in Slack that what he was asking for was "not likely, if we are to hit a deadline as he asked". He did not like that answer, but did not provide feedback, he just got rid of me. I was told I was not a right "Cultural Fit". Sad. Unprofessional. Childish, but he is the man with the fat crypto wallet so he can do that. Typical in the crypto industry. Be aware.
