Pros

Small firm feel, unlimited overtime, flexible hours for those who are attending law school part time. The only reason I could understand staying here for more than a year is if you were trying to go to law school. The type of "paralegal" work done here is unlike paralegal work at many other law firms, and consists mostly of intake minutia.

Cons

negative corporate morale, compensation is insufficient given today's paralegal marketplace. Undesirable employee benefits. Some people are very nice but the majority of the upper management does not interact too much with the paralegals. Lacks the cohesion one might expect at a firm this small.

Pros

There are doors and they work.

Cons

- Micromanagement. - No work/life balance - Dysfunctional Culture is non-existent. There is no sense of direction and lack of transparency from upper management. Management provides little to no support but expects the world from you. The office went downhill with changes in upper management and increased focus in cost cutting. The pay is below average. Within three years they have had six people in the role.
