Pros
The employees, teams, and management are usually inspired and passionate people who make working here great. There's a lot of flexibility and perks associated with working here. The managers are big on providing you with what you need and keeping the work environment professional, not high-stress, and cooperative.
Cons
Smaller start up company so we don't have as many resources as larger companies. Salaries are typically lower, but reasonable.
