Pros
The technology is amazing and there is a real value proposition.
Cons
The Swedish mindset of doing things doesn't always translate to the US market. US management does a poor job of hiring and sets unrealistic expectations. This has led to at least 6 sellers starting in 2025 who are no longer there. It's hard to hit targets and growth metrics when you are constantly training sellers. Senior Management only cares about who they "know" but it doesn't translate to meaningful business outcomes. Pay is low and potential for growth is non existent. Stay away if you are looking for a place to grow your career.
