The bonus scheme was good but that was depleting rapidly.
Cons
Where to start. Bullying is rife. A few racists feel they can be very open with their racism. You only get anywhere if you are friends of Management. Progress is impossible otherwise. It's clear the place is being ruined by unnecessary tension and hostility created by top management. There is a few good people there but the place has a ratio of 2 to 1 in favour of managers. The warehouse staff could have one each. Avoid working here if you can. It's not worth your mental health.
