Pros

If I told you that there were upsides to working here, I'd be lying. There's no good that's gonna come from working here, it's hell on Earth.

Cons

There are a lot of problems about this company. Biggest red flag is the unsafe work conditions, alongside with the very suspect equipment prone to failure. Seismos does not care about any of its engineers, if they did they would have to addressed such a glaring issue ASAP. Paywise. it's pretty terrible, not to mention the fact that you could go on for a very long time without work, and if you do have work you don't have any time for breaks. Just n overall horrible company, avoid working here at all costs.

Pros

None! Beware and don't work for them.

Cons

The management breathes down your neck, constantly monitoring your every move. It's like being under a microscope, scrutinized and judged for every missed call and lost sale. You're never good enough, always under the threat of the firing line. You're forced to sell products you know have flaws, knowing you're pushing mediocre solutions onto unsuspecting customers. The ethical dissonance gnaws at you, making you feel like a mere cog in a machine that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
