      - Close Team Culture - Friendly and beautiful lady collages (even you quit) - $500 medical per month - Free Team Lunch when the celebration - Free snack and drinks supply ($2500 per month) - Mahjong Team culture - 11 a.m. start working - OT dinner and taxi provided

      Cons

      - Tight deadline for tech-team - Not balanced team structure, extremely in the design team - No design lead so the employer cannot understand the pain point of the design team - Serious OT culture with no money or holiday payback, extremely in the design team - Hard to get a promotion on salary (not more than 10%)
