      Pros

      Employees on your team/level are great.

      Cons

      Highest turnover of staff I've ever seen, embarrassingly high. CTO behaves like a child when issues arise. Cannot handle maturely. Blame game culture Underpaid Feels like people higher up are just winging it with no clear direction.

      Pros

      Some really talented developers, mostly nice, friendly and helpful people. CEO is someone who talks well and you can easily get behind with his enthusiasm.

      Cons

      - Extras hours to make deadlines - Improvements are slow - People can be treated badly, especially if you get on the wrong side of the CTO - Toxic environment - Anti-agile - Poor onboarding for new developers - Poor communication - Poor requirements - Pay is average - Internal complaints not dealt with well

      Pros

      First impression was good and colleagues were great

      Cons

      Not an agile working environment. Planning was poor and caused a lot of problems for devs and designers. CTO is unapproachable. Witnessed another employee being berated by him and it was so uncomfortable. Most management came across very inexperienced. Staff turnover was high, a lot of people caught on quick that it wasn't what it cracked up to be.
