Floor level Colleagues were great Training programmes provided but only if your in the managements clique Good benefits: Pension Multiple store discounts via my hub

Cons

Management prefer to stay away from issues and stay in the office. Poor pay for the level of work you do (forklift driver, shop floor work, picking etc…) No work - social life balance Health and safety went downhill quickly after new management arrived

Great discount Best thiing is finishing at the end of your shift and also the two days off a week.

Cons

Very poor wage as the company would rather "give anyone a bonus" instead of a pay raise. However there is no such bonus Worst Store Managers I have ever seen in one company, very rarely move from their office. Unfair treatment Toxic workplace at times
