Senior management are very toxic which drips down to the staff they create a toxic environment and encourage it Nepotism everywhere everyone knows someone and if your manager’s favourite you will get promotion over those who are hard workers and skilled Disrespectful senior management Admin and sales do not work together sales treat admin like they are their personal assistants in keeping their customers happy If your face doesn’t fit within management you will experience poor treatment Progression is not earnt it is cherry picked to preferred staff
