      You will learn a lot and be unhappy at the same time

      Pros

      you learn a lot about morgues and other useful things like SQL and people who work there are more then willing to help you learn. Even the CFO, COO is willing to sit down and give advices that is seriously useful.

      Cons

      it is very dreadful place, stressful, constant pressure to be innovated ( and most of the time you do not have enough time to learn everything to even provide input). No one seem to like each other. There is no life work balance. OH and yes people have some serious egos. And Higher Ups know all of this and they are almost proud of it. Especially when it come to no work and life balance. More then once I was told I need to make that sacrifice. I haven't met one happy person there beside the Executives.

      Pretty much everything else... I frankly cannot begin to comprehend how these people are still in business after all the lawsuits they keep throwing money at. If certain agencies really knew what goes on "behind closed doors" this place would be shut down for good the next day. Management is a tremendous joke, they are extremely unprofessional and nasty to their employees. I was personally cursed at by the so called "manager" from the bankruptcy department on several occasions. Their policies and procedures are changed constantly to accommodate their unfair demands and sometimes without notice to their employees. There is zero respect for the employee, you are seen as an ant in a colony and when you stand up to them you end up in the chopping block. Good riddance!!!!!!
