      Cons

      Inadequate training, verbally abusive supervisors. Retaliation given to those who dare to use PTO. Severe punishments for making even the slightest mistakes. Workers are effectively required to work 10 plus hours daily. Brutal workload. Workers live in an atmosphere of fear and intimidation.
