Limited shifts and nasty management

Pros

honestly not much, flexibility I guess

Cons

rarely get booked for shifts - they have a pool of people they continuously book and if you’re not in that group you won’t get any more than a shift a month Get unbooked sometimes on the day due to being “overstaffed” Uniform guidelines often very ambiguous/varying depending on who you ask You can get sent home for wearing jeans that wouldn’t even be shown while you’re working (without pay) Poor management and treatment of staff They don’t care about their staff at all Rarely get fed

Pros

0 hour contract allowing me to balance with studies and other jobs, good pay and work is good.

Cons

sometimes difficult to get shifts when the social scene is not too busy.
