      The company is located in a good location.

      Cons

      If you work in the loss mitigation department. Be careful, this company doesn’t train or invest in their employees. All the employees that worked with me in loss mitigation in 2022-2024 have all been fired except for two people. I don’t understand how this company is still in business. Don’t waste your time, they are constantly firing and hiring week after week. There is no longevity working for Selene Finance. Stay away !

      no pros... i recommend no one working for this company.

      Cons

      you did alot of work and 5 min breaks. spoc don't do their jobs and neither do the owners. spocs are very rude to customer service. homeowners barely got the help that was needed to keep their home, i did my best to help as much as possible.
