Zero Flexibility, Maximum Control

Pros

Low entry barrier and no visa requirements.

Cons

1. “Flexibility” is nonexistent. One minute late can turn into six minutes deducted from annual leave, which says a lot about how things are run. 2. Very low-trust environment with constant micromanagement. 3. Workload keeps increasing, but performance reviews and recognition never happen. Meanwhile, employees are expected to “self-service” — for example, handling office moves (screens, desk risers) using their own cars. 4. Short-sighted leadership focuses on its own interests more than employees, long term growth and basic humanity.

Everything they did was so cheap

Pros

Can’t think of anything good

Cons

Very cheap to employees, 0 employee benefit. No one talking, the office was always quiet, very boring. All you can do there is working, no coffee break allowed. Feels like a robot working for them. Very strict with office hours, you need to clock in and clock out everyday. Too many cons…

Pros

Free Car Park Place and clear office

Cons

The company has an extremely poor culture. There is clear workplace bullying and a toxic environment where people are afraid to speak up. The office feels lifeless — no one talks to each other, and it’s as quiet as a library. There’s almost no communication or teamwork among colleagues. The relationships between employees are unpleasant, with senior staff often acting arrogant and condescending. The onboarding and training processes are terribly organized — new employees are overwhelmed with workload from day one, and the training provided doesn’t match the job demands at all. Overtime is common, and the turnover rate is incredibly high. Overall, it’s a stressful, unsupportive place to work where employees are treated poorly and burn out quickly.
