I saw the entire company turn over twice while I was there

Too many to count. The owners are a couple and that never goes well. The woman is eccentric, rude, and a in-your-face type of person. The man, wasn’t that bad. He had to work all day to keep his girlfriend calm. She degrades the women that work for her company and talks about employees to each other. She walks around the office yelling and cursing and if she doesn’t get her way—watch out. Working at Seltzer never felt like you are apart of a team which was such a shame because the company has a lot of potential but the owners hold it back. The turnover rate is ridiculously high because people get fed up of getting insulted and screamed at. This is a very toxic place to work and I don’t recommend it.
