The executive team have no clue. The CEO doesnt value his team at all and lives in the dark ages when it comes to enabling and empowering the team.
Any culture is purely achieved through great team members not through any framework of setting team members up for success.
When team members leave its writen off as they were the wrong fit as the CEOs ego is too large to take on board any feedback at all.
The company has great opporutnity but will ultimate fail through poor leadership, lack of strategy and direction.
