No separation between work life and personal life you will be expected to work more than 8 hours a day without any OT Pay. Unrealistic expectations for new joiners, It is always expected to work fast in a few weeks with minimal training. Free weekends are a dream during high work days without comp offs. No Personal growth in the company, There is no support structure for growth or how the hike is done or any of the HR jobs because they do not have an HR. Skill development is very neglected,If you are a fresher if you want to leave you will not have any skillset added while leaving it is a very personalised work for this specific company.
