Cons
Initally seemed like a no bs company but ultimately it isnt. - Very fast paced but not very organised. - No female hiring for technical roles? in 2021 this is a silent policy (they'll conduct interviews but wont hire) - Too dependent on partner/parent comp Z'dha, no trust or confidence in their own devs (doesn't apply to founding members or seniors ) - If you are reporting to the ceo then goodluck, because some technical aspects he wont understand but he will ultimately make u look incapable. And the classic "We are a family here" is the biggest joke, you're only part of their family if you are from a certain ethnicity, from a tier 1 institute or a gambler. - no extra beneifts working here
