Can be flexible in work hours

Cons

Systems and management styles are completely stuck in the 90's and not in the fun way. If you are not a middle aged man no one wants to have a bar of what you have to say.

Healthy business. Cool technology. Great people.

Cons

Culture died, when we got bought by JCI/Tyco. JCI was never interested in investing in the business that it owned, for 5-6 years went on that way. Hopefully new buyer will put new life into this company, a lot of unknowns.
