Pros
Australian Sentinel have a warm and friendly culture focused on clients and employees. Trusted and safe environment. I get support from my centre of excellence as well as my direct management. We are clear on the companies strategy and vision as well as access to everything I need as an employee.
Cons
In 2020, there is a lot of change in industry and the world in general. Australian Sentinel is nimble and has transitioned to different clients and technologies to be successful. This means that I need to accept that I need to change with the company. If I want to do the same role, consistently, securely and have a set plan for multiple years than I need to go elsewhere.
