Superficial stuff to make you happy for some days in terms of HR benefits, prizes to kids, etc
Cons
No vision to grow the company. You will feel like in a circus and no aim at all. extremely bad culture and ways to hamper your work will be found.

Pros
Organization has good HR policies. Employees are given good facilities. Promoter of the organization is pretty approachable and mostly listens to the concerns of employees. Factory also has very good facilities.
Cons
A bit of micromanagement by some dept heads.
