Based on the headline, they have trouble paying for staffs EPF. EPF staffs keep coming to their premises for years. Yet, unsure what happened. While for Socso, they just dismissed it entirely. They used to have staffs' insurance back in pre-Covid days by saying it 'replaces' the Socso. But everyone knows it's compulsory in Malaysian Labour Law to pay for Socso. Some of the team members were loyal & worked for years even before the company existed. Yes, the owners used to have another business before that one closed down. Yet, there's no increment in salaries. While newcomers used to received more salaries than the existing staffs. The boss lady always had fights & arguments with former staffs. Some of the former staffs also includes the boss lady's childhood friends, best friends & at one point, even siblings. But most of the time, the relationship turns sour as it ends with fights & arguments. Be ready to standby for work even on weekends. Off days doesn't really feel like off days. You will be disturbed even on smallest convenience. They have inadequate manpower & yet wants to deliver in top notch. Same with budgeting. It's weird that they can't spend to pay for staffs' Socso & EPF but yet keep on spending for other things such as paying for influencers' reviews. Some talents were very inexperienced, relies on seniors & yet they were given higher salaries in some cases.
