      Enthusiastic and responsive team, great onboarding support, approachable people, transparency in communication, collaborative environment, positive and energetic team culture

      Minimal to none - occasional growing-pains observed during scaling, with certain workflows were going through refinement as the team was going through scaling

      Pros

      The two words that come to mind with my experience with Sepal AI is flexibility and kindness. Sepal AI is made up of an agile group of thoughtful people that are willing to work, be kind and be proactive. Communication is a strength of the folks I've worked with and the amount of grace and adaptability we have as a team is impressive and admirable. I'm truly grateful for the consulting work I've been able to do while on the project and for the support I've received.

      Cons

      Things move quickly and information gets updated daily so as an employee/consultant/contractor you have to be on top of your communication game!
