Pros

• Company provides all required work assets, including paid subscriptions • MD was polite and occasionally took employees out for lunch on special occasions

Cons

• Poor work-life balance despite official working hours of 10am–7pm • Even when I consistently tried to leave on time, it was rarely possible; the earliest I could usually leave was around 7:30pm, and that was uncommon • Most employees regularly stayed until 8pm or later • Some teams frequently worked until 10pm–12am • Office politics at senior levels negatively affected employees • Leave approval process was extremely difficult and stressful • Probation periods were sometimes extended beyond the stated 6 months (I knew employees who remained on probation for 8–9 months) I resigned during my probation after receiving a better opportunity. Although I was not legally required to serve a notice period, my family was contacted and pressured regarding this, which felt unprofessional.

Pros

Very good work environment to explore our skills in all ways. They also give importance to Employees cultural or festival programs. Big budget clients.

Cons

Working time is very elongated like from 9:30 to 6:30. But somedays it take upto 7:30,8 pm. Very difficult to get leave approval
